Your service need

Nervous system regulation

Corporate Kinesiology

A guided, non-medical way to notice stress patterns, body signals and everyday habits before pressure becomes harder to manage.

The Problem

What's really happening in your team

Chronic low-grade stress that no one names, but everyone feels

Decisions made from a reactive state, not a clear one

Conflicts that surface repeatedly with no lasting resolution

High performers finding it difficult to recover between demanding periods

The Methodology

What is Kinesiology?

Applied Kinesiology was developed by George Goodheart in the 1960s and uses manual muscle testing within a complementary wellbeing framework. Evidence for diagnostic uses is limited, so EKA Balance does not present it as a medical test or a substitute for healthcare.

In a corporate setting, we use gentle muscle-response observations as one reflective input alongside conversation, movement awareness and stress education. The aim is practical self-awareness and more sustainable workplace habits—not diagnosis or treatment.
