Your service need

On-site tension relief

Workplace Massage

Professional bodywork delivered at your office, with simple setup and session lengths designed around the working day.

The Problem

What sustained desk work does to the body

Neck and shoulder tension builds up silently across sprint cycles and deadline periods

Physical tension can make demanding periods feel harder

Teams may value a practical pause during intensive project cycles

A visible wellbeing programme can demonstrate organisational care

The Methodology

What is Workplace Massage?

Workplace massage is professional bodywork delivered in an office setting, focused on areas commonly affected by desk work: neck, shoulders, upper back, forearms and hands. Sessions take place in a massage chair with the recipient fully clothed, requiring little preparation and limited time away from work.

Research on massage suggests possible short-term benefits for relaxation and perceived stress, but results vary and workplace sessions are not medical treatment. We measure programme value through agreed participation, experience and wellbeing indicators rather than promising biological outcomes.
